Mike has over 25 years’ experience delivering projects and programmes designed to help organisations realise their business goals. He has worked in a consulting capacity with senior teams in Ireland, the UK, Europe and the US. Mike specialises in delivering complex business change and technology programmes. He is highly experienced in leading multi-disciplined teams of high calibre people, and designing and implementing programme governance and structures to enable the successful execution of large-scale transformation programmes. In addition to his client facing work, Mike has many years of operations managerial experience in three consulting companies.
Mike is a dedicated Leinster rugby supporter and enjoys playing golf as often as he can.
