David Cass

David is a Partner in our Dublin Office with over 20 years of experience delivering business strategy, organisational change and operational efficiency programmes for blue chip clients in Ireland, the UK, and globally. He is responsible for growing and leading the Transformation and Change team in Ireland, leading our market-facing teams in delivering CFO & Finance transformation Services, as well as our Financial Services consulting teams. David has a strong track record in the Irish market in developing new business and managing relationships with existing clients to develop long-term business partnerships, successful client engagements, and delivering year on year success for our clients and growth for our organisation.

David has held leadership roles in Consulting with Deloitte Consulting, Pathfinder (now Sia Partners) and also in Industry as Head of Commercial Strategy for Vodafone Ireland.

David has a depth of experience in Finance Transformation, Shared Services and Outsourcing, and in leading and delivering Transformation & Change programmes across multiple sectors including Banking and Insurance, Retail & Hospitality, Agribusiness and Technology Companies.
